BharatBees was incorporated in September 2022 and is based in Noida, India. It's run by two operators who spent their careers building and monetising digital products inside some of the largest technology companies working across Asia, Middle East , Africa & LATM markets and who now build solutions for other people's businesses, and their own.

Shilpi has spent over a decade building consumer fintech and digital products at scale, leading platforms across digital lending, payments and device-embedded services. Her work has centred on product and P&L ownership, regulatory alignment, and building partnerships with lenders, payment providers and device makers - the parts of a fintech business where product decisions and compliance meet.

Shashank has fifteen years in strategy, business development and platform partnerships across consumer electronics, internet services and D2C commerce. His work has focused on building partner-led ecosystems - app stores, developer and publisher networks, telco and OEM distribution - and taking digital products into multiple markets across Asia, Africa and Latin America.
